By commissioning , the client agrees to the work process details mentioned on the art commission page and the TOS.

The client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including high-quality reference materials or assets relevant to the commission before the commission begins.

The timeframe for the commission is agreed upon by the artist and client. Any delays or adjustments to the commission have to be communicated immediately between both parties.

Artist and client both have the duty of regular checking the communication channels used for the commission process.

The response time for artist and client in regards to messages concerning commission updates should not exceed more than 2 business days.

If the response exceeds more than 2 business days for commissions with a short timeframe, the artist reserves the right to continue with the commission without feedback from the client.

If the client remains unresponsive for 14 days the commission will be suspended and the artist retains the payment for completed commissions or issues a refund for unfinished artworks depending on the amount of work completed.

If the artist remains unresponsive for 14 days the commission will be suspended and the client reserves full rights for a chargeback.

Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith.

Artist warrants that they will not use AI,copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.

Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.

Any refunds initiated by the client after beginning the project will only be partial and the amount of money deducted from the refund will reflect the amount of work put into the image by the time the refund has been requested

Any refund requests after completion of the image will be denied. Clients who attempt to bypass this will be blacklisted and may be exposed on social media to warn other artists from initiating any business with them.

The delivered file will be a high-resolution png file of the commission without watermarks, uploaded and stored on google drive for about 6 months before deletion. Artist will not provide PSD files unless discussed otherwise. (Vtuber model illustration commissions will always include a PSD file as deliverable by default)

Artist retains copyrights to the image and is allowed to use the work for promoting themselves on social media, for portfolio purposes or print sales at conventions

Artist is allowed to stream the work process or post WIPs on social media unless discussed otherwise.

The client is granted a limited license to the work (allowed usage includes downloading the file, printing it out for personal use, reuploading on social media with credit,using as profile picture). A commercial license may be granted in exchange for an extra fee. (Examples for commercial use: Print/Merchandise sales, patreon/subscription rewards, start/ending screens for streaming..)

Payment must be done through Paypal or Transferwise/Wise

Clients that contact through email or google forms are advised to provide social media channels or proof of past completed paid commissions from other artists as a means to confirm the validity of their identity and ability to pay for the commission.

General Rules TOS with following changes:

The delivered file will be a high-resolution psd file of the commission without watermarks, uploaded and stored on google drive for about 6 months before deletion.

Vtuber model art commissioners are inherently granted a commercial use license.

Vtuber/Talent must visibly credit the artist name on their social media or streaming accounts.

Artist retains copyrights to the image and is allowed to use the work for promoting themselves on social media or portfolio purposes.

The delivered file will include: Files , animations and toggles set up to work with Vtube Studio

Live2d Cmo3 rigging files are not included within the deliverables by default. If the client wishes to obtain the original Live2d rigging files it will result in an extra fee.

Major revisions and changes are only allowed during the rigging phase.

Client has the right to request bug fixes (rigging errors)still present after completion of the model for up to 3 months after the project´s completion.

By buying the Live2d Cmo3 rigging file and commissioning another rigger to work on the same file, client forfeits their rights to request bug fixes from the original rigger.
